our very good friend derek came over tonight to shovel the driveway! he could've gotten out of shoveling any snow at all if he had come last wednesday for the snowstorm that never happened, but luckily, he didn't, and instead he got to shovel a few (maybe 5-6?) inches for us. :)
as you can see from the video above, he wasn't terribly happy about me taking video of it. can't please everyone though, right?
